Overview

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), through Scale Now is organizing a panel discussion aimed at enhancing technology founders’ understanding of the financial and operational metrics that investors and potential acquirers use to evaluate companies. The session will explore ways to improve these metrics to strengthen companies’ readiness for fundraising, growth, and expansion.

The discussion will bring together experts in investment, financial management, and entrepreneurship to explore key topics, including unit economics, fundraising readiness, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and exits. Through expert insights and practical case studies, the session will provide an opportunity for participants to engage with speakers, exchange perspectives, and ask questions.

The session will conclude with a key takeaway from each discussion block and a 30-day commitment, so every attendee leaves with one number to improve and one practical action to take.
